Today i am thinking about what it means to have health , what is the definition of health to you ? when i retrieve the meaning of health from trusty  Webster dictionary”s  tells me this  Health:

    The fact that health isn’t just about your physical attributes that they include mind body and spirit. your mind includes emotional and psychological health , spirit is the essence of what we believe that encourages our hearts and souls to continue in life when things are impossible. let me break this down a little further.                                                                                                                                                                                  ok , definition of body :

        So i know your thinking , i do not need a explanation of definitions of these terms but in order to fully explain health we need to understand what that is exactly? what is health, it is all that a human is, mind, body and spirit. In order to maintain health we need to address all that health is Mind body and Spirit.  i wanted to address all issues pertaining to what health is or is not, when going to the doctor does he or she address all these components do insurance companies address these things? health is actually priceless , it dictates all that you can or cannot do. tomorrow you could loose your heath , what then , how will you handle this , will your insurance cover all the treatments that could save your life or will profit be more important than your health.
